Als Product Lead PIMP hat Gina nicht nur einen unfassbar coolen Titel, sondern seit 2013 auch schon einiges erlebt bei ABOUT YOU: Zunächst hat sie als Werkstudentin im Procurement gearbeitet und ist dann als Product Owner des Einkäufer Interfaces eingestiegen. Parallel zu ihrer aktuellen Position leitet sie firmenübergreifende Tech-Projekte, wie z.B. den Aufbau unseres Fotostudios oder den Shop-Launch in der Schweiz. Folgendes glaubt man ihr sofort: “Hier wird es nie langweilig! Dank der 80/20-Mentalität können wir sehr viele Ideen testen und auch wieder verwerfen. Wir definieren uns nicht über Jobtitel, sondern über unsere Leistung.”

As Product Lead PIMP Gina doesn’t only have an incredibly cool title, but has also made a lot of experiences since she startet working at ABOUT YOU in 2013: initially she started out as a working student in the Procurement Department and then began working as a Product Owner of the Purchasing Interface. Parallel to her current position she is in charge of cross-company tech-projects such as the setup of our photo studio or the shop-launch in Switzerland. One believes the following statement straight away: “It never gets boring here! Thanks to the 80/20 mentality we can test many ideas and discard them again if necessary. We do not define ourselves through the means of a job title. We define ourselves through our work.”

She advises the following to new colleagues: “Those who would like to work with “State of the art” technologies and be surrounded by inspiring people, have come to the right place”.[:]
