What To Expect

Lead and implement key strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings
Act as a sparring partner for strategic tasks initiated by the Management Board
Develop new business fields in collaboration with operational teams within the ABOUT YOU core business
Conduct independent and complex analysis and translate insights into action
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from all backgrounds & hierarchies
Identify and analyze relevant KPIs and deduct concrete actions to develop our company

Who You Are

Strong academic track record at a top university
Several years of practical experience in strategy & business development, in a leading consultancy or other fast-paced environments
Very good analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers / business modelling
Empathy & communication skills - you get along well, communicate effectively and drive results with all kinds of stakeholders & personalities
Strong intrinsic motivation with a bias for action and willingness to take ownership
Growth mindset & willingness to learn something everyday
Can do mentality - you don’t stop at obstacles but strive for alternate solutions
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) - AI literacy is a big plus
