What To Expect

  • Leading, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and projects
  • Identifying and developing locally relevant marketing initiatives
  • Supporting the marketplace model by generating new, local leads
  • Close collaboration with various departments, e.g., marketing, tech teams, logistics, or customer service
  • Identification and implementation of measures to improve the customer experience
  • Management of internal and external service providers and stakeholders
  • Monitoring of local performance and store KPIs
  • Supporting the Markets Team with content analysis, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry
  • High level of motivation and a structured, independent work style
  • Excellent analytical skills and business sense
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
