What To Expect

Synchronizing the functional workstreams (O2C, R2R, P2P), MDM, and reporting within an overarching SAP strategy to support enterprise-wide KPIs
Acting as the central interface between Executive Leadership and business functions, ensuring investments are strategically directed toward high-impact SAP initiatives
Standardizing a clear “Shared Responsibilities” framework across all teams, including sprint management, UAT excellence, and developer coordination
Leading and developing functional expert teams with a strong focus on ownership, accountability, and high-performance execution across the SAP organization
Ensuring the stability, compliance, and future readiness of the SAP landscape, including preparation for upgrades, migrations, and SAP Clean Core initiatives

Who You Are

10+ years of experience in the SAP environment, particularly in the “Run” and “Optimize” phases of the software lifecycle
Deep end-to-end understanding of the integration of O2C, R2R, and P2P, with the ability to resolve friction points at module interfaces
Proven experience operating a standard-focused SAP environment while managing enhancements and patches without compromising scalability
Experience managing multiple domain roadmaps and balancing maintenance, compliance, and business innovation
Strategic sparring partner for Finance & Accounting, with the ability to translate complex accounting requirements into technical SAP solutions
Experience with agile or DevOps frameworks, with a focus on continuous product optimization rather than project-driven individual solutions
Successful leadership of Functional Product Managers, MDM experts, and Data Analysts with the goal of establishing a reliable “Single Source of Truth”
