What To Expect

Support throughout the entire event management process of the ABOUT YOU Fashion Show -from initial concept development to on-site execution
Gain exciting behind-the-scenes insights into a large-scale fashion and entertainment production
Work in a dynamic and creative environment with a high level of ownership and a hands-on mindset
Act as a key interface between various ABOUT YOU teams as well as external partners and service providers
Support the preparation and follow-up of events, e.g. scheduling, run-of-show planning, timings, and operational processes
Opportunity to build valuable connections within the fashion, event, and entertainment industry
Depending on your focus, you will either support the Guest Management team-including invitation processes, guest list management, branding productions, travel and hotel coordination, and communication with creators, VIPs, and agencies
Or you will support the Partner Management team in planning and executing brand activations, partner integrations, and cross-functional production and project workflows in close collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and external service providers

Who You Are

A degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is a plus
Ideally first practical experience in event, project, or production management
Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and forward-thinking working style
Resilience under pressure, flexibility, and a hands-on mindset
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and confident presence
Enthusiasm for fashion, events, pop culture, and creative productions
High level of self-motivation, curiosity, and openness to innovative projects
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace
Willingness to actively support hands-on tasks during fast-paced production phases
