What To Expect

This position is offered as either a voluntary or mandatory internship for 6 months.

Responsibility for filling internship and working student positions
Close collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition as well as our departments and hiring managers
Screening applications and organizing and coordinating interviews
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
Taking ownership of your own projects and actively contributing ideas to our recruiting and HR work

Who You Are

Student in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field, or already completed degree
First experience in recruiting or in a dynamic work environment
Interest in an open, relaxed, startup-like work environment
Ability to conduct interviews in English
Motivation to join our team and help grow ABOUT YOU with top talent

Nice to have

First experience in active sourcing or HR
