What To Expect

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end development of seasonal collections, from initial concept and design, through production, to final delivery
  • Translate trends, customer insights and market data into commercially successful product ranges aligned with brand identity
  • Lead the planning and execution of seasonal collections in close collaboration with product, design & marketing
  • Ensure alignment between brand identity, target audience, and product positioning
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through production to final delivery
  • Oversee buying, production processes, and quality control to ensure consistency and timeliness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, product specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines
  • Optimize margins while maintaining product integrity
  • Analyze product performance and derive actionable insights to improve future collections
  • Identify growth opportunities and continuously refine product and pricing strategies

Who You Are

  • Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in private label buying or product development
  • Background in fast fashion, young fashion, or commercially driven fashion brands
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production processes
  • Proven ability to balance trend awareness with commercial decision-making
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Business fluency in English
