What To Expect

  • Manage automated replenishment for NOS and VMI models to optimize product availability and stock levels
  • Monitor assortment performance across suppliers, categories, and SKUs, deriving data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Buying, Inbound, and Merchandise Planning, as well as external suppliers
  • Support cross-functional projects focused on merchandise steering automation and forecasting data quality improvements

Who You Are

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence in working with large datasets
  • Strong problem-solving skills, quick perception, and a structured way of working
  • Proactive personality with a hands-on mindset
  • Fluent English skills

Nice to have

  • Initial experience in supply chain, merchandise management, or controlling, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or the fashion industry
  • First touchpoints with analytics or BI tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
  • German language skills
