About our Marketing Department

We create the ideas, formats, and platforms that shape how ABOUT YOU is seen and experienced, from large-scale events to digital formats that make our brand tangible and relevant.
Our performance teams make sure those ideas reach the right people. By connecting creativity with data and technology, we ensure our campaigns are not just seen, but understood and continuously improved.
And the scale is real: we're active in 26 countries, reaching more than 300 million people. We do it all with a team of fewer than 100. Everyone owns their work – and sees the impact of it.

  • Independent execution of complex data analyses, systematic A/B tests, and experiments to continuously drive campaign performance
  • Definition, monitoring, and analysis of relevant marketing KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPI) as well as independent responsibility for budget tracking
  • Creation of transparent performance reports, documentation of test results, and deriving strategic insights and recommendations
  • Independent initiation, structuring, and execution of strategic as well as operational projects within the marketing environment
  • Close collaboration with internal teams such as Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech to optimize campaigns and creatives
  • Continuous monitoring of market trends and identification of new, data-driven growth opportunities

Who You Are

A Place Where You Can Be You

We take it as our responsibility to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, exactly as they are. Different backgrounds and perspectives make us stronger and shape our culture in ways that matter. What we stand for internally, we stand for as a brand: acceptance, inclusion, and a fairer approach to fashion.
