What To Expect

  • Operative management of pricing based on internal KPIs, competitive position, and ABOUT YOU’s strategic goals across more than 20 markets
  • Analysis of assortment performance and derivation of concrete optimization measures
  • Collaboration with the Pricing Engine Team to further develop a machine learning algorithm for price optimization, as well as coordination with other departments
  • Identification and development of innovative projects to strengthen our pricing strategies
  • Creation and continuous improvement of reports and dashboards to monitor relevant KPIs
  • Improvement and implementation of automated pricing processes
  • Execution of A/B tests to evaluate the effects of various discount strategies on performance

Who You Are

  • Successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus
  • 1–4 years of experience in pricing, controlling, or analytics, ideally in the fashion or e-commerce sector
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical understanding
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • German knowledge
  • Basic experience with SQL
