What To Expect

Act as the main contact for key merchants, coordinating continuously between internal tech/ product teams and merchant needs to build strong, long-term relationships
Conduct regular reviews and collaborative workshops with key merchants to showcase performance metrics, introduce new AI capabilities, and strengthen the partnership
Identify growth opportunities across your portfolio and align commercial strategies accordingly—driving upsells, cross-sells, and expanding asset volume (e.g., expanding from core product shots to lifestyle imagery or localized marketing assets)
Escalation & Issue Resolution: Proactively handle escalations and resolve operational, technical, or contractual issues in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Who You Are

3+ Years of Account Management Experience ideally within an e-commerce, fashion, or SaaS context
A positive, convincing presence with strong enthusiasm and confident communication skills - capable of resolving escalations and inspiring stakeholders across all hierarchy levels
A strong intuition for our target audience and a deep understanding of the brand's radiance, appeal, and positioning in the visual/AI market
Familiarity with commercial e-commerce workflows and a strong interest or baseline understanding of generative AI visual creation tools
Capable of resolving sensitive contractual or operational bottlenecks with a client-first mindset
Fluent German and English skills
