What To Expect

This is a fixed-term position (approximately 12 months)

  • Steer or support all inbound and outbound logistics operations for one of our Warehouses and provide direct operational support to the Transportation Operations Team
  • Manage coordination across key internal stakeholders—including Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Logistics Controlling—as well as external service provider point of contacts
  • Identify process bottlenecks and drive the development and implementation of critical improvement measures
  • Take part in logistics cost tracking, budget planning, performance reporting, and contract adjustments, including supporting the Transportation Operations Team on their budget, cost, and contract portfolio management
  • Ensure robust process documentation and system data quality across all Warehouse logistics streams
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of strategic logistics initiatives and collaborate on projects spanning Warehouse & Returns and Transportation

Who You Are

  • A solid understanding of core logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, returns, and general warehousing, ideally complemented by exposure to Transportation Operations, combined with experience in planning operational streams and process changes
  • Experience managing a diverse set of KPIs across operations, quality and cost
  • The ability to communicate and coordinate effectively & efficiently with diverse internal and external stakeholders across Warehouse & Returns and Transportation Operations
  • Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and presenting data in a structured format for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to support strategic management decisions
  • Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach, with a proven ability to quickly take ownership of tasks across various functional pillars (e.g., projects, contracts, operations)
