What To Expect

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Create, review, and manage employment contracts, contract changes, and other HR-related documents in line with legal requirements
  • Help define, improve, and organize HR processes
  • Advise and support employees with HR-related questions
  • Maintain and manage employee files, master data, and HR databases carefully and accurately
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
  • Work closely with the People & Organization team and other stakeholders to implement HR strategies and improve processes between departments

Who You Are

  • Completed apprenticeship or university degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in People Operations or HR Management
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Team player with an independent, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • High level of motivation, commitment, and a hands-on attitude
  • Confident using HR software (e.g. Personio) and Microsoft Office tools
