What To Expect

Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events, including assistance with budget and cost control
Independently taking ownership of individual project phases across the full project lifecycle, from concept development through to final reporting
Independent execution of small to medium-sized events
Close coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and service providers, in collaboration with senior project managers
Supporting the coordination and development of project teams, as well as contributing to ensuring efficient ways of working
Active involvement in developing innovative event concepts in collaboration with the Brand Team to create unique customer experiences
Ensuring high quality standards and excellent service levels within assigned project areas
Supporting proactive management of risks and resources to ensure smooth operations

Who You Are

Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communications, Event Management, or a comparable qualification
Approximately 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in planning and executing large-scale events, preferably within an event agency
Strong organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and ability to work in a team
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured and forward-thinking way of working
Very good written and spoken English skills
Familiarity with event management software and modern communication tools is an advantage
Enthusiasm for new ideas and trends that can be integrated into event planning
