About our Business Department

In our Business unit, ideas don't stay ideas for long.
We work on what moves ABOUT YOU forward. From strategy to day-to-day operations, from numbers to people. We sit close to the core of the company, connecting the dots, making sense of the data, and turning plans into action.
Business here means understanding how everything links together. It means making decisions. A lot of them. And those decisions set the direction.

What To Expect

This is a fixed-term position for 18 months.

  • Manage and strategically develop key accounts in the fashion sector
  • Conduct and present sales analyses to ensure our partners’ performance aligns with ABOUT YOU's overall business strategies and goals
  • Prepare and evaluate various reports, KPIs, and analyses for business, performance, and assortment management to be presented to accounts in regular business meetings (QBRs)
  • Plan, manage, and execute projects aimed at process optimization, internationalization, and growth of existing key accounts
  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance our business models through cross-functional projects
  • Work closely with other ABOUT YOU teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Tech, Business Development, Legal, and Buying)
  • Serve as a central point of contact between partners and internal departments to effectively advance projects and processes

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years professional experience in key account management, sales, consulting, or project management, ideally in a digital environment
  • A successfully completed degree in business or a related field
  • Prior experience with online marketplaces or fashion e-commerce is an advantage
  • Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for working with KPIs and data
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships with partners
  • Organizational skills and enjoyment of developing structured processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to independently drive projects forward
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

A Place Where You Can Be You

We take it as our responsibility to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, exactly as they are. Different backgrounds and perspectives make us stronger and shape our culture in ways that matter. What we stand for internally, we stand for as a brand: acceptance, inclusion, and a fairer approach to fashion.
