About SCAYLE

SCAYLE stands for innovation, international collaboration, and a strong focus on data. We believe that stepping outside of our comfort zone and making bold decisions is key to growing both professionally and personally. Instead of seeing problems as obstacles, we approach them as opportunities to find better solutions. We work in an environment that encourages flexibility, creativity, and continuous development. What drives us is the shared motivation to make an impact and actively shape the future of eCommerce.

What To Expect

  • Generate and qualify pipeline for SCAYLE STUDIOS across enterprise brands, retailers and D2C labels in Europe and beyond - outbound, inbound and events
  • Run first Intro calls and product demos independently, and support the Sales Lead in larger enterprise deals
  • Work the self-service funnel: spot promising sign-ups, activate them, and identify which accounts deserve a human in the loop
  • Own your deals end-to-end from first meeting to signature
  • Prepare offers, business cases, follow-ups and deal documentation
  • Run growth experiments across outbound, paid and organic together with Marketing - and report what worked
  • Keep CRM data, pipeline and touchpoints accurate in HubSpot, and build the reporting our leadership team looks at
  • Turn market, competitor and customer insight into structured input for Sales, Product and pricing
  • Represent SCAYLE STUDIOS at industry events, in customer meetings and in the fashion tech community

Who You Are

  • 2-4+ years in software or SaaS sales, growth or business development, with hands-on customer-facing experience
  • The ability to speak at every level: as credible with a junior designer or content producer as with a Head of eCommerce, CMO or Managing Director
  • A genuine can-do mentality: you unblock yourself, you follow up without being reminded, and you'd rather ship something today than perfect it next week
  • An analytical mindset: funnel metrics, cohorts and conversion rates are tools you use, not terms you've heard
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — in writing, in decks, and in the room
  • Confident with CRM and outreach tooling (HubSpot, LinkedIn, sequencing tools)
  • Interest in fashion, eCommerce, content production or creative technology
  • Fluent in German and English

Nice to have

  • Background in fashion, retail or eCommerce - or an understanding of how studio and content production actually works
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools
  • Experience with self-service or product-led products: you understand free-to-paid conversion, activation, onboarding and usage-based pricing — not just long enterprise cycles
  • You've scaled a self-serve or PLG product before — high volume, low ARPA
  • Experience in an early-stage product or new-venture setting

A Place Where You Can Be You

We take it as our responsibility to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, exactly as they are. Different backgrounds and perspectives make us stronger and shape our culture in ways that matter. What we stand for internally, we stand for as a brand: acceptance, inclusion, and a fairer approach to fashion.
