What To Expect

  • Act as the business counterpart to Tech teams, translating commercial needs and market feedback into strategic product requirements and ensuring alignment with long-term business goals
  • Own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of retail media products, creating compelling narratives and enabling Sales teams with the foundation for impactful client pitches
  • Empower Retail Media Managers through training, strategic guidance, and data-driven insights to successfully position products and drive client performance
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients by translating complex technical concepts into clear business value and developing data-backed campaign strategies to unlock growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Sales, and Business stakeholders to drive product adoption, commercial success, and continuous optimization

Who You Are

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • 3+ years of experience in Retail Media, AdTech, Product Strategy, Business Development, or Consulting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strong commercial mindset
  • Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Structured, strategic, and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent in English and German
