About SCAYLE

What To Expect

Lead complex IT implementation projects in an e-commerce environment from planning through go-live and early operations
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external implementation partners
Adapt your project approach depending on whether customers are onboarded directly by our team or through one of our partner agencies
Monitor project progress, communicate updates proactively, and maintain clear project documentation
Contribute to continuous improvements of project delivery processes and ways of working

Who You Are

5+ years of experience managing complex IT or e-commerce implementation projects
Proven experience delivering projects successfully from initiation through go-live
Practical experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall
Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks independently
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with clients, product teams, and external partners
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana
Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent German and English
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of ownership

Nice to have

Experience with SaaS implementation or onboarding projects
Experience in e-commerce or retail
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum.org

Salary range

70k - 85k €
