What To Expect

Build and maintain our high-quality mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter
Contribute to architectural decisions and set coding standards for the team
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and other teams (Backend and Web) in a cross-stack environment
Introduce new technologies, tools, or processes that improve developer productivity and product quality
Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack

Who You Are

You have 4+ years of programming experience, including at least a year of app development. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus, but we prioritize skill
You have expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter. You're experienced with CI/CD (e.g., fastlane, GitHub Actions) and unit and golden tests. You also have a strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling
You have strong ownership, self-drive, and leadership skills. You are a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have

Mobile native experience (iOS and/or Android) or mobile automated testing
Experience with gRPC, Firebase, and monitoring tools like Sentry or DataDog
Figma knowledge and open-source experience

Salary range

from 85k €
