What To Expect

End-to-end management of the recruiting process, from job posting to contract preparation
Responsibility for filling both technical and business roles across all levels of seniority
Proactive direct sourcing and identification of talent, primarily via LinkedIn
Building and strategically maintaining sustainable talent pipelines
Advising hiring managers as an equal partner to ensure the best possible fit for open positions
Developing and implementing target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies
Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving well-founded recommendations for action
Representing the company at job fairs, events, and networking activities for long-term talent acquisition

Who You Are

Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing
Confident handling of modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms
Strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense for interacting with people at all levels
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
A strong passion for professional networking and a sharp instinct for identifying the ideal fit for each team
