What To Expect

  • Data Analysis: Preparation and analysis of operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Reporting & Automation: Creation of performance reports and support in process automation
  • Handling operational topics as well as communication with our international service providers
  • Support in quality management
  • Administrative management of system access for external employees

Who You Are

  • Ongoing studies, for example in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable degree program
  • First practical experience in a customer-oriented company or in customer service is desirable
  • Strong numerical understanding, analytical mindset, and IT affinity
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and detailed analyses
  • High motivation combined with a fast and accurate working style
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
  • Good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
  • Resilience and ability to work in a team
