What To Expect

  • Supporting operational monitoring and reporting of relevant business KPIs
  • Assisting with short-term ad-hoc tasks, analyses, and operational special projects
  • Working with company-specific (AI) tools to optimize internal processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration with various LAYBELS departments
  • Supporting the analysis and optimization of internal business and process workflows

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable business-related field
  • Strong affinity for numbers and interest in e-commerce and digital business models
  • Experience with Excel
  • Analytical mindset and structured, independent way of working
  • Enjoyment of process optimization and working with data
  • Quick comprehension skills and motivation to learn new tools and topics
