What To Expect

Contribute to an exciting implementation project focused on automating data flows within the Supply Chain
Assist in the project management of strategic optimization initiatives across our Supply Chain Operations
Support the onboarding process for new partners connecting to our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) interface as well as monitoring existing data flows through EDI and our Partner Portal (Scayle)
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments as well as external stakeholders and suppliers
Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) within our reporting dashboards
Perform operational adjustments to the data conversion system and manage the underlying data structure
Create and update comprehensive documentation to ensure long-term process stability and knowledge transfer

Who You Are

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Digital Management, or a related field of study
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently, structurally, and with strong attention to detail
High level of flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility

Nice to have

Additional IT skills are a plus
