JIRA Administrator & Team Assistant (m/f/d)

Our IT Business Development team supports our development teams in structuring and optimizing projects, processes and working methods. In doing so, the team works in a results-oriented manner, with strong communication skills and always keeps all stakeholders in mind, as cross-team processes are often affected. The team’s tasks also include supporting newly formed teams and promoting our innovative MOVE organizational model. To support the team, we are looking for a JIRA Administrator & Team Assistant (m/f/d) as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to support the success of the team. Is this something for you? What you will do

  • Support our teams as JIRA Cloud & Confluence Cloud expert in the implementation and optimization of processes (e.g. of Scrum and Kanban)

  • Administration of Atlassian tools (incl. system and project configurations)
  • Integrate JIRA and Confluence with other tools
  • Creating reports (e.g. creating monthly cost reports as well as KPI reports in cooperation with stakeholders)
  • Collaboration with various teams and their managers as well as the IT business development team project managers
  • Administration of the tools used in our teams, e.g. Udemy
  • Consulting of teams
  • Cost management tasks (e.g. review of cost center accounting, invoice verification, request for proposal and comparison)
  • Collaboration with IT Cost Project Managers and Controllers as well as Project Managers
  • Responsible for supporting, developing and optimizing the onboarding process for new tech employees
  • Promoting our internal communication regarding important changes and project activities, e.g. by creating an internal Tech Newsletter
  • Supporting our team with various organizational tasks, e.g. organizing appointments and helping with presentations

Who you are

  • At least 2 years of professional experience as PMO, project assistant, team assistant or in a commercial position, ideally in an IT environment

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel applications
  • Ideally experience in the administration of Atlassian products, especially with JIRA
  • Ability to communicate in a goal-oriented manner and to work pro-actively and independently
  • Enjoy pro-actively optimizing recurring processes, always thinking one step ahead
  • Self-reflective thinking and an interest in constantly improving oneself and one's processes/themes
  • Analytical thinking & an affinity for numbers, as well as a precise way of working
  • Customer oriented working
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
