JIRA & Cost Manager (m/f/d) - IT Business Development Team

Our IT Business Development team supports our development teams in structuring and optimising projects, processes and working methods. In doing so, the team works in a results-oriented manner, with strong communication skills and always keeps all stakeholders in mind, as cross-team processes are often affected. The team’s tasks also include supporting newly formed teams and promoting our innovative MOVE organisational model.

What you will do

  • Promote our internal communication regarding important changes and project activities, e.g. by creating an internal tech newsletter.

  • Support our teams as a JIRA Cloud & Confluence Cloud expert in the implementation and optimisation of processes (Scrum and Kanban)
  • Cost management tasks (e.g. reviewing cost centre accounting, invoice verification, requesting and comparing quotes)
  • Preparation of reports (e.g. preparation of monthly cost reports as well as KPI reports in cooperation with stakeholders)
  • Cooperation with IT cost project managers and controllers as well as project managers
  • Responsible for the support, further development and optimisation of the onboarding process for new tech employees
  • Administration of the tools used in our projects
  • Supporting our team with various organisational tasks, e.g. organising appointments and helping with presentations.

Who you are

  • At least 2 years of professional experience as PMO, project assistant, team assistant or in a commercial position, ideally in an IT environment

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel applications
  • Ideally experience in the administration of Atlassian products, especially with JIRA
  • Ability to communicate in a goal-oriented manner and to work pro-actively and independently
  • Enjoy pro-actively optimising recurring processes, always thinking one step ahead
  • Self-reflective thinking and an interest in constantly improving oneself and one's processes/themes
  • Analytical thinking & an affinity for numbers, as well as a precise way of working
  • Very good organisational skills
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
