As a Junior Recruiter (m/f/d) – Business & Fashion you are responsible for an efficient recruiting process and an optimal candidate experience. You actively drive the further development of our processes and our employer brand and thus inspire the best talents for ABOUT YOU.

Responsibilities

  • Operational recruiting for permanent positions in the Business & Fashion sector

  • Continuous optimisation and adaptation of recruiting processes
  • Implementation and expansion of direct approaches via Xing, LinkedIn and other portals
  • Coordination of and negotiations with headhunters and service providers
  • Advising managers on all recruiting issues
  • Taking over recruiting projects within the team

Requirements

  • Completed business studies, ideally with a focus on HR or business psychology or comparable training

  • First professional experience in recruiting in a start-up, e-commerce company or similar industries
  • Quick perception and a high degree of willingness to learn
  • Enthusiasm for talent sourcing and recruiting
  • Structured approach to work and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
