Retail Marketing Manager - EDITED (m/f/d)

Our own brand EDITED the label stands for a unique assortment: A mix of fashion, accessories and shoes. Our retail team provides trend-conscious customers with the latest looks in our lovingly furnished concept stores – designed with passion by our EDITED team. At EDITED, fashionistas will find the popular styles in up to five collections per season, inspired by the latest fashion trends from all over the world.

As Retail Marketing Manager – EDITED (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the entire development of the marketing strategy of our stores, from the idea to the implementation to the final analysis. You will work closely with the store team as well as external agencies and service providers and make a relevant contribution to the company’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop local marketing strategy in consideration of the corporate strategy for our stores

  • Responsibility of influencer marketing for our stores
  • Cooperations with marketing supporting companies and organizations
  • Planning and organization of in-store events
  • Management of external agencies and service providers and responsibility for the budget allocated for this purpose
  • Responsibility for the implementation of Edited's corporate visual merchandising concept
  • Design and monitoring of sales areas and shop windows according to our visual standards
  • Continuous monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the visual merchandising concept, also in close cooperation with the Store Team and the Retail Country Manager
  • Analysis of economic key figures in coordination with the Retail Country Manager
  • Training of the sales team regarding the current visual merchandising guidelines
  • Creation and development of the Edited lifestyle world at the POS (sales areas and shop windows) at Edited locations in Germany, Austria

Requirements

  • Completed studies or training in the field of marketing and or business administration

  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable position and industry
  • Confident feeling for fashion, colors and current trends
  • Flexibility, organizational skills, reliability and an eye for detail
  • Understanding of economic key figures
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented working style
  • Positive charisma and confident manners
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
