By now, the SCAYLE Commerce Engine powers 100 online shops in 26 European countries.

As a Technical Content Writer SCAYLE (m/f/d) you will be responsible for technical content development with the objective to communicate complex technical issues in order to increase visibility and demand for the SCAYLE Commerce Engine. You will work closely with our internal teams and our partners. In doing so, you will contribute significantly to the growth of SCAYLE by increasing reach and generating leads.

What you will do

  • Creating compelling copy for websites, functional descriptions, online help and other formats with technical topics related to e-commerce (e.g. newsletters, SEO-optimized blog posts, whitepapers, etc.)

  • Independently research topics and conduct interviews on aspects that add the most value to the B2B division
  • Content management, e.g. input into website, image research & editing
  • Supporting conceptual design of cross-media content (image, video, text) for own and external publications
  • Review of texts in terms of language, content and plausibility
  • Translations from German into English and vice versa

Who you are

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering and technology or a comparable course of study

  • 4 years of practical experience in writing technical texts
  • Interest in topics such as technical infrastructures and APIs
  • Structured, independent approach to work and hands-on mentality
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Strong formulation skills and a good feeling for language
  • Very good knowledge of English and german
