We, the EDITED-Wholesale team in Berlin, work with great and exciting B2B clients worldwide, where we focus on trusting and sustainable business relationships. Some of the most exciting concept stores and e-commerce players are already on board and more are joining all the time. Our Operations team is responsible for the smooth process of stock removal through to the optimal delivery of goods to our wholesale partners. You will support us in the entire B2B order processing as well as in the processing of returns and complaints. Sounds appealing? Then apply now!

As Wholesale Operations Advisor (m/f/d) you will take care of all order processing on a full or part-time basis and ensure that our customers receive their goods on time. Communication with our partners, the SCM and our warehouse are on your agenda. In addition, you will be responsible for handling returns and complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Placement of B2B orders in our warehouse

  • Monitoring of the entire retrieval process in our warehouse
  • Creation of delivery documents
  • Notification of goods to our partners and forwarding agents
  • Coordination of deliveries to our partners
  • Verification and triggering of B2B invoices
  • B2B customer communication regarding invoices, problems and complaints
  • Returns and complaints handling
  • Customer master data creation
  • Interface between our partners, the warehouse, the SCM and the accounting department

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) & databases
  • Quick comprehension and good numerical skills
  • Independent, very structured and result-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
  • Very good written and spoken English
