As a Working Student (m/f/d) in our Customs team, you will support our Customs Managers in maintaining our data and ensuring smooth communication with the various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Check invoices from parcel services (e.g. DHL) regarding customs clearance
- Proof of tax assessments to secure correct clearance
- Archive all related documents for sample shipments
- Track and trace all sample shipments and provide status to buying department
- Work closely with other departments such as purchasing, product development, warehouse and product data management to ensure optimal product availability
- Working with our own ERP system and with Excel
Requirements
Currently studying in business administration, logistics, economics or similar field
- Passion for fashion is a plus
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of processes
- Very good MS Excel skills
- High motivation and a fast and precise way of working
