How does ABOUT YOU Multi Channel Fulfillment work?


While leveraging ABOUT YOU’s logistic infrastructure, we take over the end to end fulfillment process towards the customer for you by using one stock pool for multiple sales channels

1. Store your goods in ABOUT YOU warehouses that are strategically located across Europe.
2. ABOUT YOU exports your stock levels to the relevant sales channels.
3. Once a customer places an order through any of the integrated sales channels, ABOUT YOU fulfills the orders in accordance with the packaging and SLA requirements of the respective platform, while focusing on customer satisfaction.
4. Returns are routed back to the ABOUT YOU warehouses and will be used for future customer orders.

If you are already a partner at ABOUT YOU, we will expand your existing contract to Multi Channel Fulfillment. The terms of your existing contract will continue to apply to your sales via the ABOUT YOU shop.

Can I use ABOUT YOU Multi Channel Fulfillment if I am not live on the desired marketplace?

You remain the main seller on every marketplace while we handle order fulfillment for you. This means that you need to have the technical integration for every marketplace and country in which you want to have ABOUT YOU Multi Channel Fulfillment manage order processing.
