As a Junior Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will establish and maintain long-term relationships with leading retailers and brands in the fashion industry. You will also take responsibility for end-to-end processes within the supply chain. Additionally, you will monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and lead optimization projects.
Responsibilities
Managing key accounts from a supply chain perspective
- Taking responsibility for end-to-end processes
- Negotiating with external partners
- Monitoring and evaluating relevant performance metrics
- Optimizing processes at internal and external interfaces in collaboration with partners, logistics and service providers, and our IT department
- Providing operational support for various tasks with a strong focus on procurement
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable field
- Ideally initial experience in key account or supply chain management, preferably in a digital environment
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of KPIs and their interpretation
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Highly motivated, with a precise and pragmatic working style
- Enjoy working in a team and handling administrative tasks
