As the Fulfillment & Services Team we are the trusted team for our partners and clients when it comes to services and advice, which improve and cast their marketplace businesses. A crucial part of this is the management of our own external marketplace operations which enables us to gain valuable experiences with the management and growth of the respective marketplaces. In day to day operations we monitor marketplace specific KPIs, onboard new products, or implement optimization changes in projects. Sounds exciting? Then apply now!
As an Intern – Fulfillment & Services (m/f/d) with the focus on external marketplaces, you will learn how to manage business on multiple e-commerce marketplaces, from product export, via customer service requests to financial steering. You will be actively involved in internal and external stakeholder management to enable the selling of our own brands like Edited. In addition, you will support the team in implementing projects ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of sales performance, products and order management
- External marketplace monitoring (shipments, returns, cancellations)
- Monitoring of incidents like customer requests in cooperation with customer service team
- Selection and upload of new products
- Preparation of analyses and reports
- Support for large projects and insights into project management
- Support for integration projects for new marketplaces
- Collaboration with other teams, such as pricing, buying, own labels, customer service or accounting
Requirements
Good English skills
- Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Quick comprehension and structured and independent way of working
- Communication and organisational skills, ability to work in a team and creativity
