We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MARISK Compliance Manager (m/f/d) that will be part of the Compliance department at SCAYLE Payments GmbH. In your role as Compliance & Governance Manager, you will support the Managing Director of SCAYLE Payments and the Compliance team as well as the teams in AboutYou dealing with the company’s policies and (FinTech) regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the education and training of employees, the identification of non-compliant behaviour as well as adherence to regulatory requirements and advising on all compliance-relevant topics.
Responsibilities
You establish and further develop the compliance management system of SCAYLE Payments and carry out control and monitoring activities
- You create policies and process specifications and optimise as well as further development those documents & processes
- You maintain the connection to the AboutYou compliance team
- You regularly assess of the current situation and prepare/execute compliance-related reporting activities
- You conduct compliance interviews and audits in accordance with the relevant guidelines and procedures
- You train employees in compliance and significant legal/regulatory changes affecting SCAYLE Payments
- You are responsible for (technical) compliance projects
Requirements
You have minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in the field of compliance in the Financial Service Industry or FinTech environment
- You preferably have an academic degree in law, business law or business administration
- You have qualifications/certifications in compliance management
- You have experiences in the planning, implementation, coordination, and supervision of a compliance management system
- Sound knowledge of (regulatory) requirements, e.g. ZAG, ZAIT, MaRisk, etc.
- You have excellent analytical skills, very good communication skills and pragmatism
- An integrative, committed personality who likes to work cooperatively in a team, but also knows how to assert their ideas from time to time
- You are business fluent in written and spoken English (German is a plus)
