The logistics team is responsible for the lifeline of About You: the efficient provision and almost worldwide delivery of the entire online assortment. The highest priority of the logistics team is to create an exceptional shopping experience through fast and uncomplicated delivery or return. To be able to achieve this, the team continuously optimizes the logistics network and the processes behind it, while also monitoring all relevant key figures and further developing workflows. To ensure that this variety of topics can be dealt with efficiently, the Logistics Department at ABOUT YOU is made up of four different teams….

Our Transportation team controls and monitors our national and international transport service providers. They are also responsible for the analysis, presentation and evaluation of all transport logistics key figures.

The Warehouse & Returns team has an overview of all operational warehouse processes. In addition to managing and monitoring our warehousing service providers and the associated key figure analyses, the team is also responsible for our returns location.

The Logistics Network team is responsible for coordinating capacities and optimizing the logistics network. Besides a wide range of projects, they are also responsible for the analysis, presentation and evaluation of all relevant logistics network key figures and are constantly developing internal reporting for this purpose.

And our Logistics Controlling team is responsible for the strategic development and operational support of all logistics-related accounting and controlling processes. They control and monitor the budget and cost management of our logistics service providers.

Teamlead Logistics - Data Analytics (m/f/d)

As the teamlead responsible for a small team of data analysts, your role encompasses various organizational and professional responsibilities. You are entrusted with managing priorities and roadmap topics for your team. In addition to managing priorities, stakeholder management is a vital part of your role. While supporting the team with your professional knowledge is important, you also have the opportunity to work on individual projects such as automating various operational processes within the logistics department or developing dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, you are developing strategic goals for your team. By aligning these goals with the broader ABOUT YOU strategy, you contribute to the company's overall success.

Logistics Project Manager (m/f/d) - Transportation

For our position as Logistics Project Manager (m/f/d) - Transportation we are looking for someone to organise and implement projects in the logistics department. The preparation and management of negotiations with different service providers is part of your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for drafting and adapting the content of logistics contracts. In addition to these activities, you will also be responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of tenders in our Transportation division.

Logistics Process Manager (m/f/d)

As a Logistics Process Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the control, monitoring, and further development of existing internal logistics processes. One of your key tasks will be the definition, evaluation, and analysis of relevant KPIs. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing complex cross-site analyses aimed at standardizing and improving operational processes. A critical aspect of your role will also be the identification of root causes behind any inefficiencies or issues in warehouse and returns processes. Your role will also involve close cooperation and collaboration with national and international companies and cooperation partners in the logistics and fashion industries. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all process-related topics for the AY-Warehouse & Returns Team, as well as for the service provider teams across different locations. Lastly, ensuring high-quality standards will be a fundamental part of your responsibilities.

(Senior) Logistics Manager (m/f/d) – Logistics Controlling

As a (Senior) Logistics Manager (m/f/d) in the Logistics Controlling, you will be responsible for the definition, evaluation, and analysis of relevant KPIs and our logistics controlling system. Budget planning and cost monitoring for specific sub-areas of logistics will also be under your purview. As part of your role, you will play a crucial role in further developing the contents and concepts of our internal controlling processes. Another important aspect will also be the definition, negotiation, and introduction of new billing models with external logistics service providers. This will involve working closely with these providers to develop mutually beneficial billing structures that meet our needs while fostering positive partnerships. To optimize operational costs, you will conduct thorough analysis and benchmarking of operational cost drivers. Supporting the team in the billing processes with our affiliated service providers will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with national and international companies and cooperation partners in the logistics and fashion sectors will be vital. Lastly, you will be responsible for checking the performance promises of our service providers to ensure that they meet our high quality standards.

Teamlead Logistics - Warehouse & Returns (m/f/d)

Our Teamlead Logistics - Warehouse & Returns (m/f/d) will be responsible for the definition, evaluation, and analysis of relevant KPIs to assess the performance of our logistics operations. Carrying out complex analyses and planning for the operational management of our warehousing service providers will be a critical part of your role. Analyzing operational business drivers will enable you to identify opportunities for optimizing warehouse and returns processes. Your role will also involve contract and budget management. As a teamlead, you will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the Warehouse & Returns team. Collaboration with national and international companies and cooperation partners in the logistics and fashion sectors will be part of your day to day work. Finally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our high-quality standards are met.
