Challenges
Following a self-service approach with a software portal
- Rework IT Support workflows
- New mobile device management (MDM) software for company phones
What you will do
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
Who you are
- Currently enrolled as a working student in a relevant IT or Computer Science program.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus.
