As Supply Chain Manager (Inbound) (m/f/d) you will support our team in many challenging areas. You will be in direct contact with all relevant internal departments as well as our warehouse and our suppliers. First and foremost, you will be the main internal and external contact person for one of our warehouse locations, prepare forecasts for incoming goods and coordinate deliveries to ensure smooth delivery, unloading and storage in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and own responsibility
• Coordinating deliveries and finding solutions for unforeseen events
• Evaluating performance from delivery to storage, taking into account various KPIs
• Continuously identify potential for improvement and initiate solutions for process documentation and process improvements
• Support service and assistance for suppliers (by phone and email)
• Creation of advice notes for smooth storage
• Working with our self-developed ERP system
• Independent working
• Close contact with suppliers and our warehouse

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics, comparable vocational training or relevant industry-specific professional experience
• Practical experience in a retail or logistics company (also as part of an internship)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• High motivation and fast, accurate and reliable work
• Enjoy teamwork
• Good written and spoken German & English skills
• Pragmatic approach and solution-oriented thinking
• Willingness to travel
