Our Supply Chain Relations & Services Team ensures a smooth inbound process, making sure our products go online as quickly as possible.

As a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with leading brands and retailers in the fashion industry. With your keen sense of efficiency, you will ensure smooth supply chain operations while keeping a close eye on key performance metrics. You will quickly identify optimization opportunities and implement targeted improvement projects. This way, you ensure that our products are available to our customers quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts for the global inbound process
• Oversee processes along the value chain
• Analyze performance by evaluating key metrics
• Optimize processes at internal and external interfaces in collaboration with partners, logistics and service providers, and our IT department
• Provide operational support for various procurement-related topics

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable field
• Initial experience in key account or supply chain management, ideally in a digital environment
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of KPIs and their interpretation
• Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace, especially MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken
• High motivation, precise and pragmatic working style
• Enjoy working in a team and handling administrative tasks
