Our Finance Development Team is responsible, among other things, for optimizing procurement processes for indirect materials and services on behalf of our internal stakeholders.

As a Working Student Indirect Procurement (m/f/d), you will support the team in defining and implementing new procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development, implementation, and optimization of strategies for procuring indirect materials and services
• Creating and enhancing reports and dashboards
• Identifying current market trends and deriving relevant actions
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing measures to optimize costs
• Supporting ongoing projects

Requirements

• Enrolled student in business or economics, ideally with a focus on supply chain management or finance
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
• Strong analytical thinking, structured and independent working style
• High level of teamwork, communication skills, and initiative
• Initial practical experience in project management or procurement is an advantage
• Experience with the procurement platform Coupa is desirable
