Our Procurement Operations & Data Management Team is responsible for processing product data and managing processes related to the go-live of products. The team ensures that products are quickly and seamlessly available online.
As a Senior Product Data & Assortment Manager (m/f/d), you will use your analytical skills to identify product data errors and optimize the associated processes. In doing so, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and availability of our assortment.
Responsibilities
Ongoing product monitoring to ensure an optimal assortment breadth and depth
- Quality assurance and optimization of product data and processes for the online shop (e.g., images, material details, etc.)
- Managing assortments in the online shop
- Handling product-related clarification cases
- Leading projects to optimize processes in the areas of product data and product availability
- Operational management of active assortments for campaigns and launches in the online shop
- Creating reports to improve product availability and product data quality
- Managing and coordinating external service providers for quality assurance
- Continuous monitoring and revision of product data in close collaboration with internal departments
- Acting as the internal point of contact for data-related topics
Requirements
A degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant additional qualifications
- Professional experience in e-commerce, ideally in the context of an online marketplace
- Experience or training in project management
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and creativity in developing new solutions
- Confident and friendly attitude when working in a team and collaborating with stakeholders
