OUR DTC MODEL AT A GLANCE
Within our marketplace model, partners have the opportunity to independently list their products on the ABOUT YOU platform and sell directly to the end customer. Our partners retain full control over the assortment as well as pricing. Additionally, they are responsible for the entire shipping process.
This model offers two options for technical integration:
OPTION 1: ABOUT YOU Seller Center
Our ABOUT YOU Seller Center offers an independent and quick integration. Further information is summarised here

- – Tools: API, Excel upload, Shopify plugin or manually
OPTION 2: Tradebyte (TB.One)
With the support of ABOUT YOU’s experienced integration team, the integration is carried out via Tradebyte. Click here for the contact form.

ABOUT THE PROCESS
Partners can integrate their assortment into the ABOUT YOU webshops in six simple steps:
- Our partners sign the ABOUT YOU Marketplace contract as well as the SCAYLE Payments Agreement
- A compliance check is carried out as part of our KYC process, for which various documents are required
- Our partners provide the required product data for their products, including product images, via one of the two integration options
- After a successful review of the product data by ABOUT YOU, the partner’s listed assortment can go live in the respective webshops
- All customer orders can be viewed by our partners via the AY Seller Center or TB.One.
- The sales transaction takes place directly between the end customer and the partner, who handles the goods according to ABOUT YOU’s requirements, ships them to the end customer, and processes returns.
