The Outlet team consists of three core functions: 1) Tech & Product, 2) Marketing & CRM, and 3) Business Development & Supply Side. We are a young and international team who work together in a modern office in the heart of Hamburg’s city center.
As a Working Student – Data Analytics (m/f/d) you will support the Outlet team with a variety of data-related tasks and gain hands-on experience in an international e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities
Support the team in accessing and analyzing data to enable informed business decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for daily business activities
- Assist in automating and improving business processes
- Conduct analyses using various data sources
- Develop an understanding of key planning, pricing, and marketing KPIs
- Gain hands-on experience across different areas of the Outlet business
Requirements
Currently studying Business Analytics, Business Informatics, Economics, Data Science, or similar quantitative field
- Advanced SQL skills; Python or another programming language is a plus
- Familiarity with GitLab for code repository management and collaborative development (desirable)
- Very good English skills
- Interest in data analysis and working with numbers
- Experience in data visualization and tracking tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, GA4)
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to work in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
