We are looking for a Product Manager App  (m/f/d) to join our App & Web team.  Our App & Web Team constantly improves the App, Mobile Website and Desktop Website. These big-scale products are each visited by several million people every month. The team’s focus is to provide the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and easy-to-use shopping experience for our customers. They constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” in customer-facing products.

What you will do

Work closely with the Product Lead and support stakeholder management within our App – Discovery & Consideration circle and be a driving part of the ABOUT YOU mobile app team.
Coordinate the product development team by triaging operational issues, identifying technical dependencies, and assessing business impact
Work data-driven, based on reports and analyses for deriving actions that are truly oriented towards our customers’ needs
Support the development of our Discovery & Consideration app features with a hands-on mindset by closely collaborating with developers, designers and QA´s. Assisting in testing, gathering requirements, and creating tickets.
Be part of an international product team and develop features for millions of users
Work in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes

Who you are

At least 2 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management, ideally with direct product ownership
First-hand experience with UI design and/or development tool is a plus
Experience in e-commerce is a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand different perspectives easily
You are analytical, data-driven and focus on efficiency and solutions
Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach
Practical and recent experience working with Jira and Confluence
A proactive attitude, a sense of responsibility for your decisions, and the willingness to go the extra mile when needed
