As a (Junior) HR Analytics & Systems Manager (m/f/d), you are the link between modern HR technologies and data-driven processes. You will actively shape HR digitization and empower data-based decision-making.
Responsibilities
Administration of HR system landscape (e.g., Personio, Smartrecruiters, Peakon by Workday)
- Development of existing and implementation of new processes in close collaboration with relevant P&O-internal stakeholders (e.g. People Operations)
- Handling all ESG-relevant processes on the HR side (content identification, preparation, and auditing)
- Carrying out repetitive as well as ad-hoc analyses for internal and external HR stakeholders
- Participation in HR-internal and company-wide projects that require HR tech or analytics involvement
Requirements
A completed degree in Business Administration, HR, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Initial experience in administering and optimizing HR systems (e.g., Personio, Smartrecruiters)
- Strong affinity for data and analytics, with the ability to understand complex relationships
- Some prior exposure to HR processes or a willingness to explore this area
- Experience in project management or active participation in projects
- Very good proficiency in German and English
