Junior Product Owner (m/f/d)
Are you looking for a challenge where you can take on responsibility early on and at the same time be individually supported and guided in your further development? Then ADFERENCE is the right place for you! As a Junior Product Owner (m/f/d), you will be part of a cross-functional team that focuses on researching and validating new technologies and business opportunities. To achieve this, the team works in an exploration mode to develop prototypes in a short period of time and deliver first Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) which can then be scaled.
What you will do
You are part of a cross-functional engineering team with the goal of exploring and validating new technologies and business opportunities
- You work closely with our leadership team to capture, analyze and prioritize requirements
- You support your team in the development of low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
- You collect and analyze customer feedback to create requirements for your team and develop first MVPs
- You always keep an eye on the backlog and create, maintain and prioritize user stories and tickets
- You actively participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and help to continuously optimize the agile development process
Who you are
You have at least initial practical experience in product development / product management
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the area of SaaS in a B2B environment
- You have internalized the basics of agile software development and know best practices in the field of product development
- You have impressive communication skills and are self-confident in your dealings with the engineering team and at a leadership level
- You are keen to take on responsibility and continuously develop in your role
- You feel confident in reducing the wealth of requirements for a project to the essentials in order to deliver initial successes quickly
- You can communicate easily in English - knowledge of German is a plus
