About our shop
The ABOUT YOU Outlet is an online shopping club with its own app and website (e.g., www.aboutyou-outlet.de). Currently, it is live in eight countries and operates on a deal-based structure: new deals are unlocked every day and remain valid for seven days. During this time, customers can shop from a discounted selection. As the ABOUT YOU Outlet is a closed online shopping club, users must register first before they can view the products and discounts of a deal.
About our team
The Outlet team consists of three core functions: 1) Tech & Product 2) Marketing & CRM, and 3) Business Development & Supply, reporting directly to the management. We are a young and international team collaborating in a modern office in the heart of Hamburg’s city center.
The CRM team is responsible for all our communication points with users and customers through channels such as email, push notifications, in-app messages, and onsite cards, with a focus on analytically optimizing customer lifetime value. Our team creates analyses and reports to make fast and high-quality decisions, enabling us to derive individual campaigns from them.
As a Team Lead CRM (m/f/d), you are responsible for the CRM’s contribution to the overall success of the ABOUT YOU Outlet.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for the CRM strategy and achieving relevant KPIs along the customer journey
- Continuous development of all relevant processes and measures in close collaboration with teams from Product & Tech, Tracking, Marketing, Purchasing, and Deal Planning
- Conception and launch of new channels and customer programs
- Functional and disciplinary responsibility for the CRM team
Requirements
Solid professional experience in CRM within a dynamic and digital company
- Can-do attitude and ownership
- Performance-oriented thinking and analytical skills
- Experience with ESPs and Braze is desirable
