Hamburg | February 11, 2025 – It is with great sadness and deep regret that ABOUT YOU announces the passing of Christina Johansson, a member of the Supervisory Board and Chairperson of the Audit Committee. Her loss leaves a significant void in our company.

Christina Johansson was an outstanding business leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance for listed companies. She began her career as a Financial Controller and Treasury Manager at Securitas AG before holding senior positions at Amcor Ltd., SR-Technics, and Bucher Industries. As CFO and interim CEO of Bilfinger SE, she played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic development. Furthermore, she served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairperson of the Audit Committee at Emmi Group. Since 2022, she had been Group CFO of Dormakaba Holding AG in Rümlang, Switzerland.

Her dedication, foresight, and leadership have enriched our Group.
