We, the logistics team, are responsible for managing and expanding the ABOUT YOU logistics network. We are responsible for and coordinate the co-operation with national and international logistics partners. We always keep an eye on our relevant key figures and are constantly developing our logistics processes in order to offer our customers the best possible service (the best possible shopping experience). Together, we manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and transport service providers around the world. We use KPIs and reporting systems to coordinate and monitor the daily flow of goods and to continuously develop and adapt our existing logistics network and infrastructure. We take care of all logistics services for our warehouse network, all transport services, and, of course, the packaging materials used. We do not focus on individual areas, but rather pursue a universal approach: we take on operational challenges and develop strategic recommendations for action. As (Junior) Logistics Manager (m/f/d) – specialising in transportation, you and your team will be responsible for all operational transport processes and will manage and monitor our national and international transport service providers. You will also be responsible for analysing, presenting, and evaluating all relevant logistics key figures.
Responsibilities
Control and monitoring of existing transport processes
- Presentation and evaluation of relevant KPIs
- Preparation and implementation of analyses and planning for the operational management of our transport service providers
- Analysing operational business drivers and deriving measures to optimise the customer experience
- Working closely with national and international companies / cooperation partners in the fields of logistics & fashion
- Ensuring our high quality standards
- Checking the content of monthly invoices, clarifying invoice discrepancies and continuously improving invoicing processes
Requirements
Completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on logistics
- 1-2 years of professional experience in the management of transport service providers and/or logistics
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to comprehend quickly, strong initiative and goal-orientation
- Analytical thinking and numerical skills
- Assertiveness and an open-minded demeanour
