As a Team Assistant (m/f/d) with Financial Focus, you will play a crucial role in expanding our marketplace by ensuring both the smooth operational growth and the precise financial cycle for our marketplace partners. You will handle tickets related to live business, helping partners scale and boost sales, while also being the dedicated point person for all invoicing and payment inquiries.
Your dual focus on operational support and financial process management ensures partner satisfaction, promotes growth, and guarantees a seamless monthly payout cycle.
Responsibilities
Manage the Service Desk Ticketing System and provide fast, high-quality resolution for partner tickets across all topics, with a key focus on live business operations (scaling, visibility, campaigns)
- Support the monthly invoicing process by assisting with data gathering, internal checks, and reconciliation to ensure the cycle runs smoothly and accurately
- Act as the partner-facing communication lead for all financial matters, including proactively communicating changes or resolving complex inquiries regarding commissions, deductions, and payouts
- Collaborate closely with the SCAYLE Payments Team to solve payment blockers and ensure a smooth financial closing process every month
- Guide partners on leveraging Seller Center features to boost product visibility and sales
- Analyze recurring support topics (both operational and financial) to identify and suggest long-term process improvements
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Proven professional experience in a customer-facing or support role, ideally in e-commerce or a marketplace
- Strong understanding of core e-commerce operational processes (order fulfillment, product data) and basic financial/invoicing concepts
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy is essential for handling financial data
- Experience working with a ticket management system (like Jira) is a plus
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory
- Excellent communication skills for clearly explaining complex financial and operational topics to partners
- Strong hands-on mentality and the resilience to manage a high volume of diverse partner requests
