Our Procurement Operations & Data Management Team is responsible for managing all product master data throughout the entire procurement lifecycle. This includes the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of all relevant product information, as well as the coordination and management of image assets. The team ensures a consistent, high-quality data foundation and enables smooth operational processes — from goods receipt to the successful go-live of products in our online shop.
As a Junior Image Operations Manager (m/f/d), you ensure the operational execution of product data processes. Your goal is to guarantee the timely, complete, and high-quality delivery of product data in line with defined standards.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the product data and image operations process
- Monitor upload status, data completeness, and quality KPIs
- Ensure compliance with defined image and metadata standards
- Secure timely delivery for launches, campaigns, and assortment changes
- Act as the main operational contact for suppliers and external service providers
- Clarify specifications, formats, and timelines in day-to-day operations
- Track and resolve missing or incorrect product data
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., office management, media production, e-commerce, wholesale & retail, or industrial business administration)
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong attention to detail and process understanding
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Good German and English language skills
- Experience with PIM or CMS systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, is advantageous
