We are the accounting team and, as part of the ABOUT YOU Finance division, we take care of the accounting of all business transactions according to HGB and IFRS. We thus provide the data basis for internal and external reporting requirements. Another area of responsibility is financial accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable management as well as merchandise accounting. As our new Accountant (m/f/d), you are responsible for processing business transactions within accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial accounting. You work in a very process-oriented manner and constantly keep an eye on optimisation potential.
Responsibilities
Processing of various business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial accounting
- Support in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements according to IFRS and HGB
- Process management of accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as identification of optimisation potentials in process handling with Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION
- Support of accounting and IT processes as well as interfaces of our various ERP and accounting systems
Requirements
Completed training as a certified accountant or comparable qualification
- 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an e-commerce environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Navision, SAP knowledge would be a plus
- Affinity for IT topics/processes
- Strong analytical skills and structured process thinking
- Independent, proactive way of working and very good communication skills
- Good command of English
